Four hour stretches between feedings, then another bad day

Last night Cayden went four hours between feedings two separate times -- a first for the four-and-a-half-week old.

But today he's been inconsolable most of the day, again. Ugh. We're pretty sure it's gas pains, and we're trying all the holds, gripes, bounces and positions we can.
